Mitch Weiss
Principal Broker


Mr. Weiss is a Principal of Merchants Realty Services and is responsible for the day to day management and strategic direction of the firm. With over 29 years of experience in the industry as a broker, Mitch has represented over 30 national tenants and leased over 1,500,000 square feet of retail space throughout the 5 boroughs, developing numerous long-standing relationships with property owners and retailers, both large and small.

Prior to founding Merchants Realty Services in 2019, Mr. Weiss managed the Banking Services Department and the Outer Borough's offices for Newmark Knight Frank. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Weiss has expanded his reach and has worked with high-profile and note worthy tenants such as Avis, Blink Fitness, Dunkin' Donuts, JP Morgan Chase, and many more.

Mr. Weiss has a large presence outside of the office as well, serving as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and continuously shapes the future of retail leasing throughout New York.
